New Work: Camerons Stiff & Co

Three generations on the same streets, and now a brand that shows it.
Camerons Stiff & Co has sold homes in Queen's Park for three generations. Chris Stiff now sells on the same streets his grandfather did. On 1 October 2026 the agency relaunched with a new brand, website and flagship, and within 48 hours the new site had helped close three major deals.
The Brief
London estate agency has split in two. Corporate chains sell on volume, and design-led boutiques sell on looks. Camerons has led its market for decades, selling homes from £350k to £6m, but the brand looked like it belonged in the middle. Even ChatGPT described it as "mid-end".
The Unlock
We started by mapping the red ocean. Every agent in the area was selling scale without warmth, looks without roots, or heritage worn as a badge. Camerons had something none of them could copy: three generations of knowing these neighbourhoods.
The idea: generational knowledge on the neighbourhoods we serve.
The Identity
We built the identity out of the agency's own archive. The box logo Camerons used in the 1980s came back, with tighter lettering and no solid background. We darkened the traditional claret, away from the brighter reds other agents use, and kept the rest of the palette to warm greys, so the claret does the work of a signal.
On Lonsdale Road, the new flagship has the claret painted straight onto aluminium. It suits the street's industrial feel and already looks like it has always been there. For the photography, we shot the team around Queen's Park, where they live and work, and Chris with his dad and his uncle in one frame.
The Launch
The brand went live on a new editorial website and more than 500 For Sale boards across North West London, with features in GQ and Vogue. The site opens a register of over 100 off-market homes.
We also launched North by West, a neighbourhood publication about the area's restaurants, schools, architecture and people, worth reading whether or not you're moving. And we designed a coffee table book about North West London. It's the brand's Trojan Horse, the thing people keep long after the sale.
What's Next
Camerons is moving off the high street. It's handing those shopfronts back to local businesses and making Lonsdale Road its main office. The brand, North by West and a bigger social presence now do the job a row of branches used to do. I'll share the numbers at three and six months.
